Web3-Focused Venture Builder in London Opens Applications for its Next Cohort

Entrepreneurs with an idea to solve a real-world problem by utilising Web3 technology such as blockchain and AI are being urged to apply for Block Dojo’s upcoming programme to build and grow their startup.

Block Dojo, a venture builder focused in the Web3 space, invests in founders with a game-changing idea, providing them with the tools, support, expertise and investment to start and develop their startup.

The next cohort – due to start in September 2024 – will build their companies in the programme, taking their ideas from concept to Pre Seed fundraising by the end of the 12 weeks.

Recently presenting a handful of their portfolio companies at the London Blockchain Conference at the end of May, the array of sectors represented demonstrated the versatility of Block Dojo’s offering.

Alumni companies of the venture builder programme that presented included SphereTrax, a high-end music label that is disrupting sync licensing, founded by renowned composer Sefi Carmel, which recently provided the music for the official Cannes Film Festival After Party in May 2024.

Applications for the next cohort, Cohort 9, are now open and will close on 1st August 2024.

Alex Ball, Co-Founder and Global Programme Director, emphasised the opportunity available to innovative thinkers: “There are some incredible use cases emerging around enterprise blockchains and AI technology, and we know that sometimes getting your foot in the door is the hardest part. Our programme is designed to get the best out of the founders and set them up for success, and we do everything we can to match them with great mentors and investors to ensure they continue to succeed after the programme.”
